Day 10

Day 10:

We got up and ready to drive to Bath, but stopped to talk with the owner of our cottage, Kate. She told us about the history of the place, said it was about 200 years old. We got a tour of her amazing gardens and met her horse and llama. The gardens were like something out of a book or movie, it was incredible. We asked her how long she had lived there, judging by the gardens I would've guessed 15, 20 years minimum, but she said just 11 years. It was amazing.

Our drive to Bath was uneventful {yay} and we got there with enough time to drop off our stuff at the hotel and go to the Roman Baths.

The Baths were also amazing. In freshman year Latin we learned about them and being there was like being inside our textbook or something. I took tons of photos on my camera, {and I'm going to try something different now to put them on here. I took a photo if the photo on the display of my camera, so it's not the best but it works, right? *crosses fingers that it's not horrible quality*}

{that's not that bad after all! Me at the baths, if you couldn't tell ;)}

And another:
{the Baths standing at one end looking back}

And another: {this whole taking a photo if my photos is great}

{aww we're so cute. Christmas card photo??}

After the Baths we went out to dinner at a place right next to them, The Pump Room, which was incredibly fancy, but for tourists so everyone there was dressed down. There was a huge chandiler and a guy playing the piano and the waiters were all dressed up. I had a salad that was really good :)

We wandered around Bath a little and then went back to the hotel and fell asleep instantly!
